Monorail

Monorails help you optimize your production and shorten throughput times. The eepos one monorail is a versatile and economical solution and allows you to transport loads easily and safely over long distances or to connect workstations with each other. The eepos overhead travelling cranes can be easily extended with curved tracks.

OVERHEAD TRAVELLING CRANES

The overhead cranes from eepos enable the overhead movement of heavy loads within halls and buildings. The overhead cranes (single girder crane/ double girder crane) allow up to three directions of movement by means of trolleys and hoists. in combination with one up to three directions of movement. Both single and double girder cranes can be electrically controlled and equipped with manual or electric hoists.

JACKED-UP CRANE

In the jacked version, the single and double girder crane is also suitable for ceiling structures with limited room height.

Telescopic Crane

The eepos aluminum crane with telescopic bridge can access hall areas previously not usable for cranes. With the retraction, the telescopic crane is automatically retracted to a defined position.

WALL AND COLUMN-MOUNTED SLEWING CRANE

The eepos one aluminum slewing cranes also use the components from the eepos one modular system. Available as wall and column-mounted slewing cranes, the jibs can be up to 3 meters long and offer a load capacity of up to 100 kg. Assembly by means of high load anchors is quick, uncomplicated and clean.

eepos ALUMINUM RAILS FOR CRANE SYSTEMS

The right aluminum profile for every load and every application: Our hollow chamber profiles made of EN AW 6063 T66 aluminum alloy ensure full functionality even in harsh environments. Another advantage: All profile sizes XS to XXL can be combined with the same eepos carriage. The external item® grooves allow further attachment options without any problems. Due to the strong but light profile, a large span and load capacity of up to 2000 kg can be achieved.

ALUMINUM LIFTING AXIS

The eepos move lifting axis ensures precise tool handling and backlash-free load transport, even with off-center loads. Even off-center loads up to 2500 Nm and payloads up to 500 kg are handled safely. Attachments such as energy chains can be easily fastened to the external, Item®-compatible grooves. Integration into eepos suspension cranes is possible without any problems.

ELECTRIC TRAVEL DRIVE FOR HOISTS

Compact, powerful and cost-efficient, the new eedrive crane drive is the perfect complement to any eepos crane system. The optionally available parameterization software gives you the opportunity to specifically expand the eedrive with functions that are important for your application.
